[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#448362: [pbuilder] --debug option should also add --debug to cdebootstrap

Hello,

While trying to make pbuilder work in vserver env, i have errors on two
levels : cdeboostrap and pbuilder itself. It would have been nice that
the "--debug" command line option of pbuilder, implies that "--debug" is
also used for cdeboostrap...
