0.187 release process

Hi,

I'd like to start running regression tests and get the next release
out next week. If anyone has noticed, I'm usually aiming to do a
release at the end of every month at around 29th.  If anyone wants to
get any changes in, please push your changes in, or send in patches.


I've added a 'log' function in pbuilder, which might break a few
things. I have not rewritten everything to use it, so it will be a
gradual change, but once the transition is over, it will be easier to
control what's going on with logging.


I haven't really gotten around to enforcing apt GPG checking, although
that was something I would have liked to see.
