    add --architecture option to qemubuilder and cowbuilder and support ARCHITECTURE option in pbuilderrc. (closes: #564796)
    
    ARCH= is not consistent with pbuilder, and rename to ARCHITECTURE=,
    but since ARCH= was used for a long time, it's left as compatibility.
