 Right; I opted for suite + profile.  suite being the technical name of
 a debootstrapable dist.  pbuilder-apt-config also uses "dist" for
 mirror dists (as in dists/ something) which can be non-debootstrapable.

 I kept --profile for the "guess what that means" part.
