Bug#563706: the rootstrap bug

Hi,
I have just discovered this problem too.
The bug should be reassigned to the rootstrap package.
The rootstrap module /usr/lib/rootstrap/modules/uml creates static dev
entries using MAKEDEV (package makedev), witch is from Squeeze up no
longer priority required but only extra!

Simple workaround is to add the package makedev by hand in
/etc/rootstrap/rootstrap.conf

...
[debian]
...
include=makedev
...
