Bug#660756: pbuilder: pdebuild try to build indep package even with --binary-arch option

Dear Maintainer,

When trying to build only arch package the build-indep target is called.
This caused the bug #660245.

Here is the command used to build :
pdebuild --debbuildopts -i_MTN --auto-debsign --debsign-k 0E41645E -- --binary-arch

The package related to bug 660245 is liblog4ada, it is available on Debian mentors :
dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/libl/liblog4ada/liblog4ada_1.2-1.dsc

A workaround bug 660245 was found (Build only the indep target if pdflatex is installed).
