Let pdebuild update build ev

Hi,

i tried to get the used builder (pbuilder/qemubuilder) from pdebuild, so I 
can call it to update before I let pdebuild do it's work. After several 
tries, I decided, to just use pdebuild --update before building.

Here is a patch for you.
