I can still reproduce this bug:

$ sudo pbuilder --create --distribution sid --debootstrapopts
--arch=kfreebsd-amd64 --debootstrapopts --variant=buildd
<snip>
I: Extracting liblzma5...
I: Extracting xz-utils...
I: Extracting zlib1g...
W: Failure trying to run: chroot /var/cache/pbuilder/build/18652/.
mount -t proc proc /proc
W: See /var/cache/pbuilder/build/18652/./debootstrap/debootstrap.log for details
E: debootstrap failed
W: Aborting with an error
I: cleaning the build env
I: removing directory /var/cache/pbuilder/build//18652 and its subdirectories

Regards,
Vincent
