Of course, “yes” is n̲o̲t̲ the right value to disable network. Read
the text again: specify “yes” when you do *not* want to disable
the network. Default is USENETWORK=no (network disabled). Which
reminds me… sorry @ Perl guys… will try to catch some hacking time
ASAP.
