Apart from that i find pbuilder default very sane and sbuild default very bad
(no, /usr/local on buildds is ugly, imho)
/usr/games is really too weird to be required during a build.  "unluckily" we
already changed pbuilder config in jenkins.d.n and so i don't know whether
there are other packages requiring it.


I'll be happy to change align to the policy once it's clear, because i also
don't believe that definition of PATH is right for buildds.
Until them, i'll stick this as a blocked wishlist bug.
