Bug#797351: pbuilder: W: Could not create compatibily symlink because /tmp/buildd exists and it is not a directory

I notice the following warning on every pbuilder invocation:

Which is a bit strange since /tmp/buildd is already a symlink to /build
in the chroot:

There is also a spelling error, the warning should read
"...compatibility symlink..." instead.
