With this upload I added a ifeq stanza in d/rules to automate the delta
that was done in ubuntu, including setting the default DISTRIBUTION to
xenial, the current development version.
They used to upload a new pbuilder at the start of every development
cycle to at least change that, that's bad.
In a sense this is not a regression, I just moved this hardcoding from
ubuntu to debian, but it'd be nice to get rid of it once and for all.
Suggestions includes using distro-info for getting the current
development version, but if run at runtime means a new dep (even if
light and most probably already installed on development machines), and
at build-time is still not granted to be run, ubuntu afaik does not
assure the packages to be rebuilt for every release.
