No, that’s wrong, only the version must be taken into account.


Take this:

foo 1.2 in sid, 1.4 in experimental

B-D: foo ⇒ sid
B-D: foo (>= 1.1~) ⇒ sid
B-D: foo (>= 1.3~) ⇒ experimental

This is true for any and all resolvers.

Stéphane, I actually don’t block Googlemail, they’re just too utterly
stupid to successfully deliver to me (or anyone else using Greylisting
and not whitelisting their ranges). Same for a few other providers such
as Hotmail. Some spammers (Yahoo) I do block.
