well, yes.
given that pbuilder is bash and config file are sourced bash scripts
too, you can tweak so many things of bash with them.
But we need to be cautious about what we document (and so declare as
stable), since nobody likes backward-incompatible changes and removals
of confs...

But I believe this is nice enough to be documented :)
I pushed it, feel free to improve the wording.

PS. someday that pbuilderrc(5) ought to be structured better, instead of
being a dumb list, unsorted and nothing...

well, that thing was so easy, I did that 2 days ago and pushed this
morning already ;)

If only all the bugs were like this...
