yeah, it's ok to warn, but since I'm unable to figure a sane way to
understand whether that variable is free in the env, or set in
pbuilderrc, I just dropped the deprecation warning from that. It'll be
a surprise for some users, which I don't really like (my deprecation
plan for stuff was to keep it so it'd go in the next debian release).
I clearly kept the deprecation warning in case somebody uses --debemail
