I see.
It would be useful if cdebootstrap could accept all flags debootstrap
accept, to make possible to seamlessly swap them.

Or try to convince deboostrap maintainers to switch that flag on by
default, then I'd remove it from pbuilder.

I'd rather not add such logic.  ATM --force-check-gpg is added very
early, the override from debootstrap to cdebootstrap by you is done
later, that would mean post-processing avariable, which is kind meh.
