definitely not.
the B20autopkgtest is merely an example hook script (that many people
use as-in), and autopkgtest in way breaks pbuilder. Also, it's run
inside the chroot, where pbuilder wouldn't be installed anyway, so the
breaks wouldn't make any sense regarding this bug.
