[Pcsclite-muscle] New version of libccid: 1.4.25

Even though latest OSX (sorry for not calling it macOS), 10.12 includes
1.4.24, I'll shortly update the osx-ccid-installer (
https://github.com/martinpaljak/osx-ccid-installer) with this version.
Should be also usable on 10.11, for those who do not upgrade to newest OS
releases at once.
