PET setup

any response on the mailing list, so I hope you don't mind that I'm

I previously had an issue where I was not able to add to commit hooks. I'm
now pushing a policy for the Debian Hamradio Maintainers team to use git on
Alioth and so this is no longer a problem.

What do you need from me in order to get this started?
