I hope I'm not stepping on too many toes by bumping the version number
to 1.0. The technical reason is that I need signing-party to replace
springgraph 0.82, and that's the easiest way. Of course I'd also argue
that caff and the rest are stable, etcpp... :)
If there's no consenus, I'll implement a different solution. (I.e. the
trickery we did for keylookup.)
