[Pkg-ace-devel] New ACE+TAO packages, version 5.4.2.1-2

Hello all,

I've made simple changes to the current ACE packages so that:

- bug#242881 is marked as closed (it was actually fixed in 5.4.2.1-1).
- there are no .o or empty .depend files in the *-doc packages.
- the new bug#277052 is fixed.

To be done:
- man pages.
- reactor separation.
- ciao-dance package.
- report to ace-users ml that:
   1. the tarball has wrong epoch stamps.
      (this was already reported multiple times)
   2. there are config.* files in JAWS
   3. there are .orig files in CIAO
- cidlc package.
- discuss MPC license.
- discuss 'magic perl'.
