Hi guys,

I have recovered my system now after a bad disk (thank god I backup 
everyday) and I am in the process of building from source the ACE 
packages with all of Thomas' changes. 
They work nicely, but i did have to fix that stupid timestamp bug in 
the pristine source (a huge number of files have a datestamp of 1970 
in the .orig tarball), and a small dh_shlibdeps hiccup. Apart from 
that, the packages work perfectly. Nice work Thomas!

If you agree, I can upload them as soon as the build finishes. I 
thought of waiting to do the Reactor separation stuff and the 
ciao-dance package but in the end it's better to have an updated 
package and have the bugs closed and then do a -2 version with minor 
changes.

What do you think?
