Hello,
I believe that bugs similar to #324271 are due to the new gcc4
visibility feature and template instantiation, but I may be wrong.
Last week, two patches were commited to the DOC repo for these issues,
the first one [1] allowing to disable visibility feature and the second
one [2] solving linking problem with singletons due to visibility and
template instantiations.
I will try to have a look at this during this week-end, and post here
success or failure. Upon failure, switching back to gcc-3.4 might be
the only remaining fix.
