We don't do testing with rpm packages, the difference is that we don't use
configure there. I do have r2corba dependent on ace/tao on opensuse build
service, when ace/tao gets updates, r2corba gets compiled which than also
uses tao_idl. If that works, at least basic stuff works

Ok, let us also put this in debianbuild on ace/tao
