Hi,

  It seems, thant pkg-config file was generated by autotools.. After
switching to MPC build method I unintentionally lost this feature.
Sorry, that a changelog has no notice about this. If about recommended
strategy first I have to recognize options to restore creationof
pkg-config or eventually propose another method.
