Justification: fails to build from source

The latest upload of ace to unstable build-depends on Tk 8.5, which
(as noted in #583182) is in experimental, NOT (yet) unstable.  Unless
that fact is likely to change soon, please look into letting it build
with Tk 8.4 from unstable.
