It can be done easily, but these are the only IDLs which are not
installed by prj_install.pl. This implies that they are not enumerated
in any processed MPC, hence maybe they are an ordinary cargo load?
Definitelly better way would be to find which project they should
belong to , and just inserted them into the IDL_Files section.
