[Pkg-ace-devel] pkg-config support was silently dropped

Hi,

I haven't tried it, but it seems we now have support to generate the .in
files as part of the MPC gnuace make install support. That should be
part of x.8.3

Also as part of x.8.3 we renamed all executables to use tao_ prefix names.
