Great, I have been able to make some steps forward on opensuse build
service, but not there yet, see

Btw, the .pc files are now generated by the make install feature on svn
head. Also all exe names are renamed and will be part of TAO 1.8.3,
which will probably be the last micro release before we release TAO 2.0
