The source package for 6.1.3 is now available from mentors and the
debian packaging is in git, including libACE_XML_Utils packages.

There are a few unimportant lintian warnings, and one that does worry me:

P source-contains-prebuilt-windows-binary
bin/LabVIEW_RT/Reboot_Target.exe
bin/LabVIEW_RT/PXI_Reset.exe
MPC/MPC.ico

It's easy to solve but cumbersome: we'd need to repack upstream's
tarball. Johnny, is there any chance those binaries are removed in
future releases?
