Left is the ACE_DYNAMIC_SERVICE_DIRECTIVE patch. That one can't be 
integrated directly because it would break non-debian builds. I am 
thinking about add ACE_DYNAMIC_VERSIONED_SERVICE_DIRECTIVE where I can 
pass the version string and add a new ACE_VERSIONED_SO define.

First I am trying to get OBS package the code.
