I have completed my tests.

Worth mentioning:
 - I cannot upload yet because my GPG key expired
 - .pc files are missing for RLE compression
 - .exe files still embedded in the tarball. Will need repacking on our
   side.
 - ACE_DYNAMIC_VERSIONED_SERVICE_DIRECTIVE does *not* work for
   versioned_so = 2. Attached patch fixes it.

   @Johnny: ok for committing this to DRE?
