Builds fine for me on Debian Sid with doxygen 1.8.7-3 and Ubuntu 14.04 i386
with doxygen 1.8.6-2

I'm updating my Sid to 1.8.8-3, which apparently is landing now (not all
the architectures have it yet). I'll test and report back.
