[Pkg-ace-devel] Bug#746825: ACE+TAO 6.2.7

Hi,

Instead of patch 20-add-netsvcs.diff it would be much easier/better to 
generate a TAO_packaging.mwc and use that file. That way there is a 
unique workspace that is used to compile. That also would make it easier 
to exclude the orbvsvcs that are not packaged (like AV), something that 
would reduce packaging time.
