It should be possible to fix that with the Vcs-* pseudoheaders.

The point for that commit was to split ACE (main) and TAO (non-free). I
would like to maintain the whole ACE in a single repository, as ACE and TAO
come in the end from the same tarball, same version, etc.

But I have to admit it will be impossible for me to work on TAO packaging
on my spare time (because it does not exist) in the coming months. If I
cannot fix VCS Watch with a Vcs-* pseudoheader, I will revert the change.
