It is actually a different issue, caused by an ABI-breaking change
in glibc 2.26:

ACE already changed so-name after stretch and is expected to do so again,
so at least there won't be any stretch -> buster upgrade issues due to this
(but backporting ACE to stretch would be problematic).

Correct, turning this into a binNMU request for
