31_aide_apt adds
!$ARCHIVESDIR/[-a-zA-Z0-9%\._+]+_(@@{ARCH}|all)\.deb$
if IGNORE_ARCHIVES is set from 31_local_apt_settings.
I generally consider it a feature to be reminded by aide as well that
there are updates pending. I usually set IGNORE_ARCHIVES only on
systems running unstable.
