[Pkg-allegro-maintainers] Bug#462810: liballegro4.2: alsa plugin doesn't work with many sound cards

Allegro sound doesn't work with alsa drivers that only accept signed

The attached patch fixes this problem. This patch has already been
accepted upstream in the 4.2 and 4.3 branches.
