I've just

  morph at alioth:/git/pkg-amule$ mv pkg-amule.git amule.git

(and edited config file), I hope I didn't disrupt your work if you
were committing at that time (it doesn't seems so, but just in case).

To update the origin repo on your local cloned repo you can edit your
'.git/config' file or use git config command.
