[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Moving torsocks and vidalia under the umbrella of pkg-anonymity-tools?

Hi there,

I'd like to maintain torsocks, mat, onioncat and vidalia under the
umbrella of the pkg-anonymity-tools team.

 * Vidalia: I'm currently co-maintaining it with its previous single
   maintainer (dererk), and I'vhave been doing most of the work since
   1.5 years. I'm fine with going on, but I love
   (wider-)team-maintenance, and some help and peer-review from time
   to time doesn't hurt.

 * torsocks: I'm doing most of the work with Lunar, who is giving
   a hand at least on things I can't do myself (e.g. C code).
   Same here, I don't intend to do less on this package, but
   team-maintenance rules.

 * MAT: I'm supposedly maintaining it with bertagaz, but he's never
   done anything in that team IIRC. Same here, I don't intend to do
   less on this package, but team-maintenance rules.

 * OnionCat: I'm the sole maintainer. Same as above.

Dererk, Lunar, pkg-anonymity-tools members: what do you think?
