I'm also puzzled there was no reply to

I'm a bit surprised that the TBB team is not aware of the TBL team/needs and 
now only learn about this via the Debian package maintainers of TBL.... I 
basically thought TBL was part of TBB.

Also, I have cc:ed the people signing the releases in a mail to #756194 but as 
the above referenced mail to the tor-dev list didn't get a reply.
