[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Packaging OnionShare

I'd love it if OnionShare could be packaged before the Jessie freeze.
The source code is available here [1] and it's released under GPLv3. I'm
not a Debian developer myself, but I think it's a piece of software that
belongs in this group. Would someone like to post an ITP?
