while I agree that network analysis is not really what this packaging team is
about, I do think that ooniprobe matches, because as the package description
explains, it does so in a context of anonymity and surveilance:
ooniprobe is a program to probe a network and collect data for the OONI
project. It will test the current network for signs of surveillance and
censorship.
