Yay! I guess this is a game changer regarding the OnionShare setup
process and privilege separation we've been discussing a month ago or
so :)

Once we have this, does OnionShare still need any to access
/var/lib/tor via the filesystem?

[pkg-a-t members: I think this is strongly related to how we integrate
things like OnionShare and other control port consumers in Debian, but
if you'd rather not be part of this discussion, just let me know.]
