Now that we have AppArmor 2.9.0 in Debian testing/sid, the
Ubuntu-specific rules could be reintroduced in the default profiles:
this version of the parser will ignore rules the kernel doesn't
know about.

(And then, backporters and people who manually install on older Debian
systems will need to remove/comment the corresponding lines again.)
