[Pkg-anonymity-tools] torbrowser-launcher 0.1.8 released

I just released torbrowser-launcher 0.1.8, and this one is critical
because the Tor Project changed their Tor Browser Bundle signing key
today. There's a signed tag in github:

Changes in 0.1.8

* Added new Tor Browser signing key
* Fixed removing alpha/beta code due to change in RecommendedTBBVersions
syntax
* Fixed opening links in TBB if you originally opened TBB without
clicking a link
