[Pkg-anonymity-tools] torbrowser-launcher 0.1.9 released

Sorry about the frequent releases! This one is not at all critical for
Debian users. There's an annoying issue around running Tor Browser and
Firefox side-by-side [1], but it doesn't affect running Tor Browser and
Iceweasel side-by-side. So it will only affect Debian users who manually
install Firefox instead of using the packaged Iceweasel. It does,
however, affect Ubuntu, Linux Mint, etc.

Changes in 0.1.9

* Added option to disable accepting links, to workaround Firefox/Tor
Browser issue
