[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Please put obfs4proxy in wheezy-backports

It's already super easy to install on every i386 and amd64 Debian and
Ubuntu that are currently supported:

    echo 'deb http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org obfs4proxy main' \
        >> /etc/apt/sources.list
    apt-get update
    apt-get install obfs4proxy

Due to static linking, the same package works on many different
distributions.

Adding the package to wheezy-backports is not possible, as backporting
the entire Go compiler is not an option.
