Just filed a RC bug against it. It has no rdeps, so I'll assume that
the auto-removal process will take care of it.

Good idea. I guess they should be pointed to tor-arm as an alternative
(with less features, but well). Any volunteer to draft it?

[I've already one piece of release notes that I couldn't manage to
write since 2.5 months, so I won't add that to my place. Worst case,
if it's not done, not the end of the world.]
