[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Tor Browser Launcher 0.2.0 released

Sorry about taking so long to get to this considering #784041 is a kind
of critical bug. But I just released an upstream update that fixes this
bug. The tag v0.2.0 is gpg-signed [1].

Here's what's new in 0.2.0:

* Fix critical bug with new location of start-tor-browser
* Silenced some AppArmor denied events from logs
* Print less console output
* Remove support for accepting links
* Added better support for updating over Tor in Fedora
